Have you ever felt lost in the online world? Have you ever felt helpless, unsure of what to do or where to start when faced with malicious comments, privacy invasions, or even more serious digital crimes? Perhaps many people, especially our students, have felt the loneliness of standing alone against this invisible violence.

Hello, this is Digital Human Rights Watch
Have you ever felt lost in the online world? Have you ever felt helpless, unsure of what to do or where to start when faced with malicious comments, privacy invasions, or even more serious digital crimes? Perhaps many people, especially our students, have felt the loneliness of standing alone against this invisible violence.
We didn't want to just raise our voices; we wanted to provide real, practical strength in those overwhelming moments. After much thought, research, and with your support, we have been preparing for a long time.
After long preparation, we are finally ready to show you our concrete promise.
This year, Digital Human Rights Wave is launching a project to distribute the 'Online Harm Response Guidebook' to schools nationwide, a guide that will serve as a map and a first-aid kit for the digital world.
This guidebook is our firm commitment. It provides specific, first-step guidance so that you no longer have to panic when problems arise in the spaces you encounter every day, like Naver, Google, and Instagram. It will show you how to preserve evidence, who to request takedowns from, and which organizations can be on your side.
Of course, not all preparations are complete yet. But we are doing our best to keep this promise. We plan to pour all our capabilities into ensuring this 'digital safety net' can be placed on the desks of more students across the country within this year.
This is not just about delivering a book. It's about sending the most powerful message of solidarity: "You are not alone," and "We are here for you."
A safe digital environment cannot be created alone. It can only be completed when students, parents, teachers, and our entire society work together. We ask you to join us on this journey with your warm interest and support.
Your small interest can become the great courage that changes the world for one student.
Thank you.
